포지션: Finance Manager (팀장)

 
About the role
This position will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with applicable regulations, and enabling strategic financial reporting by  using financial technology systems, managing members and collaborating with other relevant parties. 

The Manager ensures timely reconciliation and reporting of all financial statements for the Director and other key stakeholders including Global Head Quarter as requested; and maintains fiscal records. 

The Manager also implements and trains staff to use software that streamlines processes and improves distribution and accessibility of financial information.
 
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations in the finance department.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant financial regulations. 

Fast Retailing has global accounting policies and procedures which should be maintained.
Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of month end tasks performed by Global business service team.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts, and fixed assets.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Supervise the preparation of consolidated financial statements for management and external stakeholders(IFRS).
Supervise the calculation of taxable income and income tax liabilities of the organization.
Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
Lead, supervise and develop accounting staff through providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
 
Qualification and skills
Degree in relevant disciplines or CPA designation is prefered
10 to 20 years in financial management and accounting
Supervisory or Audit experience a plus
Proven retain experience and/or Multinational corporation is plus
Strong knowledge of Accounting and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, such as SAP and Coupa.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex accounting data.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Positive attitude and highly accountable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving and analytical skills
General business knowledge
Business English is mandatory
